Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✅ Acceptable Cases for Returns/Exchanges:
Severe damage to goods during transportation (photographic/video evidence required)
Received products have incorrect model/specifications compared to the order (feedback required within 48 hours of signing for delivery)
Quantity shortage caused by our operational errors
❌ Unacceptable Cases for Returns/Exchanges:
Customer changes requirements after placing the order (exchange with price difference negotiation available)
Product deformation or moisture damage due to improper customer storage
Custom printed products (unless the printing error is caused by us)
2. Return & Exchange Process
1⃣ Submit Application:
Notify us via email within 7 working days of receipt

Provide: Order number, problem description, clear photos/videos
2⃣ Review & Confirmation:
We will respond with approval or rejection within 48 hours
If approved, we will provide a return address or arrange for replacement delivery
3⃣ Return Shipping Costs:
Due to our responsibility (e.g., wrong item shipped): We bear full shipping costs
Due to customer's subjective reasons: Customer bears shipping costs
3. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after receiving the returned items
Payment method: Refund to original payment account or other negotiated methods
For defective custom products: Option of full refund or free re-production available
