Terms of service

1. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to written confirmation (via email or formal contract).
Customers must confirm samples/design drafts within 48 hours (delays will affect the delivery schedule).
2. Payment Methods
Standard payment terms: 50% deposit + 50% balance (to be paid before shipment).
100% prepayment is required for customized products.
3. Delivery Terms
The delivery time is calculated from the date of receiving the deposit/confirmed design draft, with production completed within 20-25 days.
We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by the customer’s delayed confirmation.
4. Quality Assurance
We provide packaging products that meet industry standards.
Quality issues must be reported within 7 working days of receipt.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that the design files provided do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Our product designs shall not be copied without permission.
6. Liability for Breach
No compensation shall be liable for delays caused by force majeure.
The breaching party shall bear the actual losses arising therefrom.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved primarily through mutual negotiation.
If negotiation fails, either party may apply for arbitration to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission.
8. Other Terms
The right to final interpretation of these terms rests with our company.
Special requirements may be specified in a separate supplementary agreement.
